Out of the Clouds

The Coggins family live in Dizzy Perch, a crazy house high on top of a mountain somewhere remote in Scotland. With Pa away on a mysterious but exciting scientific research trip, it falls to Oliver to keep the household going. Not that everyone always listens to what Oliver has to say... or even appreciates him. What what does Oliver want? He'd like a friend, like the new boy he sees in the village... and most of all he'd like to understand why his father went away, and where he went to. So Oliver sets out on a long journey to get Pa back.
